What does bread have to do with stamping? Nothing. At least, not in this post. But I did some creating today, just not with paper and ink.

I've made bread before and it takes a while and I could never get that crusty, rustic style bread that we love so much. Which means that I didn't ever bake bread. Turns out I just didn't have the right tools.

For some reason lately I decided that I must. Make. Bread. So I set out to collect all of the things I would need. And with all assembled, today I made this:

I used the No Knead Bread Baking Method (with some variations from their baking instructions) and it was easy to do. I'm all about easy!

And it tastes quite good! We had some warm slathered with butter. Yum! DH even informed me that I had his permission to make this again. Repeatedly.

Next? I'm going to add some whole wheat flour and maybe top with some sunflower seeds. Mmmmmmm....
