No, I'm not psychic, nor do I have inside info. I'm just late! This tag is for LAST week's Tag Tuesday with the theme of TIME.

I used a RAK stamp from Sarah (thanks, Sarah!) along with some Tim Holtz background stamps. Whew, I'm posting this in the nick of time! (Get it?)
