Going Back to My Roots
By ScrappyPam on Jul 4, 2009 | In Stamping
Most people probably think my moniker (ScrappyPam) has to do with scrapbooking, and that would be a logical assumption. However, I came up with it because when I started back to stamping and papercrafting after several years, I didn't have a lot of money to spend on stuff. So I used "scraps" that most people don't think about when it comes to creating cards and other paper projects. Like gauze, dryer sheets, doilies, and making my own background papers... Well, you get the picture.
I really enjoyed experimenting (and still do) to see what worked and what didn't. I also still use some funky stuff on my projects! I was quite excited to see Martha offer a SummerHaven challenge called Inventive Recycling. I decided to get out the gauze again (one of my favorite scraps to use) and came up with this card.

Stamps and patterned paper from The Angel Company.
