Boy, the weekend ran away with me! The husband's birthday was yesterday, so it was his day to do as he wished. We went to a farmer's market, a plant nursery and water feature nursery (not sure what you call those) - and they were huge! They had so many beautiful things. Lots of ideas and I-wanna's for the yard. Then we went out to dinner at our favorite local Italian restaurant. Came home fat and happy and worked some out in the yard before it got dark. An overall good day.

Today I was cruising the challenge blogs and saw that 4x4 Friday - a challenge I haven't participated in yet - is doing the theme "Handmade Backgrounds" this week. What a coincidence! I actually have an handmade background ready to go for this!

You'll remember the Gesso Exploration, of course. I made a 4x4 using a piece of that background.
