Last night, we learned that the husband's aunt is quite ill. This is someone who is special to him, so I encouraged him to write her a letter telling her what she's meant to him, and told him I'd make a card for it. He looked through my card stash and picked out this one. So I made something similar, with the appropriate sentiment.

People probably think of matting photos for scrapbook pages with the stacks like the DCWV Far East Mat Stack, but my stack has really come in handy for cards (now that I am actually cutting into it). Easy to cut down to the appropriate sizes I need to make a quick but attractive card. We sent this one off to his aunt in today's mail.
