A sketch challenge, plus someone generously sharing a nifty technique, equals a finished card! I created the tag with Brilliance Ink and chalks, the technique thanks to Margert Ann over at Two Peas. And then Louise came up with a great sketch challenge, also at Two Peas. Voila!
