Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!

Thanksgiving comes late this year, and you know what that means: Christmas is just around the corner! This year I'm making some fun tags with the Christmas Fun stamp set. These are the cutest stamps and they're perfect for coloring, especially if you're new to coloring stamped images.

I used the "Magic Colored Pencil" technique, only I use baby oil instead of odorless mineral spirits for blending. You can also use mineral oil. These stamps make coloring the images easy because they do the shadowing for you.

Note: Odorless mineral spirits (OMS) is indeed "odorless" but that does not mean it doesn't have potentially hazardous fumes, especially if used in a non-ventilated area. OMS is also a fire hazard if not stored properly. Please read the OSHA sheet on any OMS before you decide to use it.

This stamp set makes great tags and also makes wonderful focal images for your Christmas cards.

Something to think about: TAC hasn't raised its prices in several years, but it looks like our prices may be going up in the next catalog (which comes out in February), so get your supplies at the current price while you can!

Winchester Post-It Note Holder

Coaster Frame

I got this idea from the Paper Wings gallery. Did you know that Paper Wings is the only online gallery that features projects using stamps and papers exclusively from The Angel Company? It's a wealth of inspiration and ideas!

I made this cute little frame with two square coasters and my Bind-It-All.

Coaster Box

Here is a great way to use the Bind-It-All! The Bind-It-All is a very nifty tool that allows you to make your own mini-albums, books - just about anything, including this coaster box.

I've used coaster boxes to hold small gifts, as centerpieces for my table - even as a gift itself. You can put photos on the outside and make a wonderful photo cube (that can hold stuff!) for your (or someone else's) display.

CD Magnet Note Holder

You know those magnets you get in the mail advertising local businesses? Put them to good use by adhering them to the back of an old CD! This note or recipe holder goes right on the refrigerator for easy - and pretty - reference.
